Contributors to the volume are Ernest Aryeety, Robert Devlin, Mohamed A. El-Erian, Ricardo Ffrench-Davis, Björn Hettne, András Inotai, Mats Karlsson, Hans Peter Lankes, Charles P. Oman, Arvind Panagariya, Miria Pigato, Jan P. Pronk, Piritta Sorsa and Rosalind H. Thomas. In addition, the volume includes summaries of the floor discussions at the conference.
